I have a breathing exercise to share with you today. It may be the most relaxing remedy I’ve ever found. However, it tends to work best when you’re already in a state you would consider relaxed, and then you do this, and you’re like, oh, okay, now I’m relaxed. I’m sorry to say, this won’t work and it isn’t recommended if you are in an acutely agitated state.

First, I have a video to share with you that explains some of the mechanics of breathing that are important to know for doing this breathing exercise. I recorded the video because I think it’s helpful to see my hand gestures as I demonstrate the mechanics of breath. Then I’ve recorded an eight minute meditation for you to do before bed. Once you learn the technique, you’ll easily be able to do this on your own to help you sleep more deeply, or fall back to sleep when you wake up.

I hope watching the video and listening to the recording will be soothing for you.

I greatly appreciate your support, which allows me to do this research and to create this content
